My Philosphy
Every client and every search is unique. I am committed to understanding this uniqueness for every search I engage in. This will include, corporate culture, department culture, management style, technical competencies required and much more.
By having a thorough understanding of your business and the specific role, I am better equipped to properly screen my candidates in order to provide you with a short list of the most qualified people.
Skills can be taught but attitude and personality traits often cannot. When I conduct any search, I am careful to ensure my candidates reflect my client's culture, not just the tangible skills required for the position.
I use a variety of methods to establish new relationships with clients, however, some of my success thus far has been based on referral business. I believe in my clients and trust that my loyalty to them will be reciprocated. Many have recommended me to their contacts, clients, suppliers etc. and that trust in me is always appreciated and respected.
I believe each candidate deserves to be treated well and with compassion during a period of time when they may be feeling a certain amount of anxiety or stress as they search for a job or when changing positions. All candidates are important to me and I try to assist each candidate in any way I can.
